By using TextVibe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

TextVibe is a dating text reply helper that provides smart reply suggestions for dating conversations.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 17 years old to use TextVibe.
• You are responsible for how you use generated suggestions.
• Do not use the service for harassment, spam, or any illegal purpose.
• Do not upload content that violates others' privacy without their consent.

Generated Content

TextVibe provides suggestions — not advice. Generated replies are meant as starting points. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying suggestions before sending them.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

TextVibe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for outcomes of conversations where generated suggestions were used.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
