TextVibe ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Conversation data: Messages you submit for reply generation. This data is processed by TextVibe and stored securely.
• Screenshots: Images you upload are processed and deleted immediately after use.
• Usage data: Feature usage counts for managing free tier limits.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide smart reply suggestions
• To maintain conversation thread history for the Continue Conversation feature
• To manage your account and subscription status
• To track usage against free tier limits

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Conversation data is sent to OpenAI for processing under their data processing agreement.

Data Security

We use Supabase for secure data storage with row-level security policies. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings page. Uploaded screenshots are automatically deleted immediately after processing.
