Common Issues
App not loading or crashing
Make sure you're running iOS 15 or later. Force-close the app by swiping it away in the app switcher, then reopen it. If it persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store — your account data is saved to the cloud and won't be lost.
Premium not unlocking after purchase
Go to Settings → TextVibe → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your subscription with your Apple ID. If the issue persists after restoring, email us with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out manually.
Screenshot reader not working
For best results, crop the screenshot to show just the conversation — not the app chrome or status bar. Make sure the text is large enough to read clearly. Very dark or low-contrast screenshots can reduce accuracy. Try uploading a cropped, well-lit screenshot.
Reply suggestions not appearing
TextVibe requires an internet connection to generate suggestions. Check that you have Wi-Fi or cellular data enabled. If the spinner runs for more than 10 seconds, close and reopen the analysis screen and try again.
Reached the free tier limit
Free users get 2 reply analyses, 4 continue conversation uses, and 2 compatibility checks per day. Limits reset every 24 hours. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access — there's a 3-day free trial available. See pricing details.
How to cancel your subscription
TextVibe subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → TextVibe → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How to delete your account
You can request account deletion by emailing laxushah45@gmail.com with your Apple ID. We'll permanently delete all your data within 48 hours.
