Make sure you're running iOS 15 or later. Try force-closing and reopening the app.
Premium not unlocking?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID.

Make sure the screenshot clearly shows the conversation text. Cropping to just the messages helps.
